Terms and Conditions – General
All services purchased from Core Habits must be preceded by the client completing a PAR-Q/consent form. All clients release Core Habits instructors of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property.
Core Habits may change these terms and conditions from time to time. By browsing the Site you are accepting that you are bound by the current terms and conditions. You should check these each time you revisit the Site. These terms and conditions form the entire understanding of the parties and supersede all previous agreements, understandings and representations relating to the subject matter.
Registration & Purchase
When registering or purchasing from the Core Habits online booking system you must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
All classes must be prepaid by the purchase of classes or packages via our online booking system and all clients agree to our 2hr notice policy for our ONLINE classes. So if you’re booked into a class, but miss it or cancel with less than 2 hours notice, you may still be charged unless agreed otherwise with Core Habits directly. You can contact us via e-mail at corehabits@outlook.co.uk or by visiting the ‘Contact us’ page on this website. Classes start promptly at the advertised times.
Bookings are made through this website under ‘book a class’ page. Cancellations must be provided by either selecting the ‘cancel’ option via your booking or via written confirmation to corehabits@outlook.co.uk or through the ‘Contact us’ page on this website.
For an online class booking via this website, you will be emailed your Zoom link at a minimum 2 hours before the class starts. Please check your spam folders and ensure you can receive emails from corehabits@outlook.co.uk. We are not responsible for any classes missed as a result of not receiving the link.
Classes are always subject to availability but at Core Habits we will always do their best to accommodate you in your chosen class.
Packages will be active from the date the first payment is taken. If we attempt to take a payment and it fails, you will not be able to attend classes until a valid payment is made.
Health
All services purchased from Core Habits must be preceded by the applicant completing a PAR-Q/consent form. Applicants may not take part in a class until the PAR-Q form has been completed and informed consent given.
Clients who are pregnant must inform the teacher immediately and be aware that there may be modifications given for some specific exercises. Post-natal exercise can only commence once the doctor has signed the client off to take part in exercise after 6 weeks.
Important Liability Statement
The information available on or through this Site, and the Services supplied via or in connection with this Site do not constitute medical advice and it is your responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice, that you are fit and well and that such contents and services are suitable for you. It is not our responsibility to do so. Before commencing any exercise regime, you should consult your doctor. It is also vital that you supply us with correct information about yourself. We cannot be liable for any incorrect information supplied by you to us. Core Habits do not accept any liability for any error or omission and exclude all liability for any action you (your legal representatives, heirs) may take or loss or injury you may suffer (direct or indirect including loss of pay, profit, opportunity or time, pain and suffering, any indirect, consequential or special loss, however arising) as a result of relying on any information on this web site or provided through any Service supplied by us to you.
Core Habits reserves the right to change the class schedule, including cancellation of individual classes and change of instructor without notice.
You, your legal representatives and your heirs release waive, discharge and covenant, not to sue Core Habits and its instructors for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
Warranties
Core Habits warrants that the Products and Services will be supplied with reasonable skill and care.
Classes are booked as a pay as you go single class basis and/or as packages. The Client Shall not transfer sessions to any other person or permit them to be used by anyone other than the Client. Any assignment, transfer or disposal of courses is at the sole discretion of Core Habits and may only be permitted in exceptional circumstances. Once classes are booked the fees are non refundable. In regards to our pre-recorded videos, they are designed to suit a range of situations however they cannot be expected to be suitable for all. Accordingly we do not give any warranties or guarantees that any workout video you choose will be suitable for your circumstances.
If you have any doubts about the correct use of the workout videos, you should seek medical advice from an appropriately qualified health practitioner.
Return / Refund Policy
All monies paid are non-refundable.
Class fees may be increased by Core habits at any time.
Details of class times may vary from time to time. Classes will be published by Core Habits and will be available on our Website(s).
Any booked online sessions must be cancelled within 2 hours. In any other case, the session will be charged and the credit deducted from the remainder of the Client’s course.
When you are purchasing a class you are paying for a class and not an instructor. Instructors are subject to change without notice. On the rare occasion there may be an instructor not available the client can choose from the on demand recorded library and will still be in credit with a live class to book at another date/time.
All credits/packages expire within the advertised time allowance of purchase specified on this site if not used.
Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply: “Services” means any information and services ordered and/or provided by Core Habits through or via the Site and all services offered as part of any course or workshop. Any electronic information supplied to you by Core Habits will constitute part of “Service” not a Product and cancellation rights will apply accordingly. “Products” means any products offered for sale on the Site. “Site” means the web site at the URL www.corehabits.co.uk or replacement site(s) from time to time. “Client” means anybody who takes a class at Core Habits.
Site Usage and Intellectual Property Rights
You may use the Site for personal and lawful use and in accordance with these terms and you are not allowed to copy or use any material from the Site for any commercial purpose.
The intellectual property rights in all contents of the Site and supplied as part of the Products or Services, and in the Core Habits trade mark are owned by Core Habits. Except to the extent expressly set out in these terms and conditions, you are not allowed to make any copies of any part of any Materials, or remove or change anything on the Site, include or create links to or from the Site without our written authority, or remove or change any copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property right notices contained in any Materials or copies thereof. You must not use the Core Habits brand without written licence. The other registered and unregistered trade marks or service marks on our website are the property of their respective owners. Unless stated otherwise, we do not endorse and are not affiliated with any of the holders of any such rights and as such we cannot grant any licence to exercise such rights.

Core Habits has included links to these sites and co-branded pages to provide you with access to information and services that you may find useful or interesting, However, Core Habits is not responsible for the content of these site and pages or for anything provided by them.
Subject to the important liability statement Core Habits is not liable for failure to comply with these terms and conditions due to any event beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, the input of incorrect information by you.
Suspension and termination of Service
Core Habits may suspend the operation of the site for repair or maintenance work or in order to update or upgrade the contents or functionality of the Site from time to time. Access to or use of the Site or any Sites or pages linked to it will be not necessarily be uninterrupted or error free.
Core Habits may terminate the Service immediately in the event you breach any of these terms and conditions or do not pay any sums due to Core Habits (including if the credit/debit card you use is not valid or does not work for another reason).
