Abit of a novice? Had the chance to dibble dabble a bit in Pilates already? Or your fitness already at a particular level? Then this class could be for you!

Whilst there is still focus on breath work and core engagement the level of exercise is slightly higher and faster as we start to move a little out of our beginner territory. If you’re searching for the burn…you’re in the right place as these classes combine more repetitions and progression to intermediate level exercises. You start to feel muscles you never knew existed. Give it a go if you really fancy taking that further challenge.

Feel like you want more help and guidance? Would you like an exercise programme tailored specifically to fit your needs?

These classes are a great way to set up a programme that completely fits your bill. Following an in depth postural assessment 1-1 guidance and support is provided for the correct execution and alignment of the exercises. The classes offer particular focus on your ‘weaker areas’ and help you build strength here to help maintain optimal posture, as well as enabling you to advance your Pilates practice even further.
