Personal data collected at the time of booking a Core Habits class through Squarespace
A certain amount of personal data is collected by Core Habits via Squarespace at the time of booking. We require this information to be able to process queries relating to classes and services, understand your needs and provide you with a better service. We may also improve our products and services using this data, e-mail you with details of classes, special offers or updates to content. This is for the purposes of meeting Insurance Company criteria as well as for your health and safety for taking part in Pilates classes. Health information is also used to tailor sessions to suit your individual needs. All information gathered by Core Habits either through the online booking process is treated as confidential and is kept securely in the squarespace booking system (see their privacy policy at https://www.squarespace.com/privacy) and only viewed by Core Habits staff. Information you share with Core Habits will not be disclosed to any other party other than in accordance with this privacy policy and in the circumstances detailed below:

How We Use your Contact Information
When first booking online you will be asked to sign a PAR-Q health questionnaire, this is solely for the purpose of ensuring the exercise is safe for you and if any special considerations need to be taken into account in a class. You will be asked to give your consent to be liable for any risks. In doing so you are agreeing to your email and phone number being used by Core Habits to inform you of class changes, service updates directly relating to the service you have booked.
You may, of course, decline to submit your email and phone number to Core Habits, which in some cases may mean that Core Habits is not be able to provide certain services to you.
Core Habits Mailing List
If you sign up to the Core Habits mailing list then e-mails to share latest offers and news will be sent directly to you. When you book a class with Core Habits through this website, you will have the option to opt-in via tick box to our email list. Subsequently you can opt-out at any time by sending an e-mail to corehabits@outlook.com or our ‘contact us’ page on this website.

Force majeure
In this Section “force majeure event” means:
(a) any event which is beyond our reasonable control;
(b) hacker attacks, or virus or other malicious software attacks or infections;
© problems with the internet, part of the internet, or any third party internet service provider; and/or
(d) power failure, industrial disputes affecting any third party, governmental regulations, fires, floods, disasters, civil riots, terrorist attacks or wars.
Where a force majeure event gives rise to a failure or delay in us performing our obligations under the workout agreement, those obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
(A) WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES ARISING OUT OF A FORCE MAJEURE EVENT.
(B) OUR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH ANY WORKOUT IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE RELEVANT WORKOUT.
